AEDP

We provide a safe and sacred space for transformative healing using a neuroscience backed model of therapy called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (we know–it’s a mouthful! AEDP for short).

AEDP is a therapeutic approach that emphasizes in-the-moment emotional experiences to promote healing and transformation. Here's how it works:

  • Guided Process: Together, we'll navigate your emotions as they arise during our sessions, allowing for real-time exploration and understanding.

  • Present-Moment Focus: Instead of solely discussing past feelings, we concentrate on what you're experiencing right now, making our work together immediate and impactful.

  • Accelerated Healing: By addressing current emotions in a supportive environment, we can facilitate quicker breakthroughs, helping you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Art Therapy

“As an art therapist, I know that art is another way for people to give voice to what is left unspoken in their story.

I use the creative process to help people find healing and wholeness, to express emotions that are often beyond words, and to move beyond brokenness into freedom and genuine relationships.”

–Lisa

  • “Lisa has been a life-giving traveling companion, guiding a transformative journey through deep grief, self-discovery, loss, change, and creative/spiritual drought. The care I have received at RISE has truly transformed my mind, body and spirit. My family and loved ones are experiencing a more present, engaged and full version of myself thanks to this transformative work. I'm forever grateful.“

    –JJ

  • "The time I spent with Lisa was transformative. I began therapy seeking support through a specific situation, only to find myself heal and grow overall. In the midst of honesty, stillness, and grief Lisa met me with comfort, strength, authenticity, creativity, truth, and connection. Therapy was the gift of bringing me back to myself."
